I was recently honoured with the opportunity to create artwork for SpeakSudan magazine's first issue. This young organization focuses on East African youth in the diaspora, and the use of arts and dialogue to deal with real issues like race, gender and identity. It was a really good fit for me and the direction I wish for my work to go in.
